Is it legal to download a windows 7 home premium/professional iso file from the web, if i own a OEM license from microsoft?

I can't find my cd's...

also, where could i find it? i need a Norwegian version..

I own both a professional license and a home premium, and need Norwegian on both

i assume you choose the language during installation, as opposed to needing a separate .iso
