the content of the tags<meta name=”description” content=”"> and <meta name=”keywords” content=”"> is the same for all the pages or every page got a different description content and different keyword?

Description is different, say your about page would be content="X was created on Y at Z...." while keywords are relevant to the site, generally they're the same or don't exist. Keywords do nothing for Google SEO and little for Yahoo SEO
