I am rather newbie with writing macros and I need some help.

Here is what I am looking for: I need to write a macro that will take data from external file.
The path to the file is not fixed, since it will be flmoving around the local network (same folder, but different paths)
I have made a formula in, let's say A1 cell that will determine desired path, but how can I put a link to that cell in my macro, so wherever on the network file is put, the macro works properly ?
