so i have these 2 webpages

as u can see they are basicly the EXACT same thing except the prices are different.

the list of Clients IDs are the same tho. I was woundering is there any way for those 2 pages read 1 file and display that file. So i only have to edit that one file instead of both

This isn't very hard.
Easiest way, for me, would be to do the following:

1: create database with a table to store information.
2: connect both sites to the same database
3: use a function to loop through data and display it on site
