I am assuming since you posted an android app development question in the "C" sub-forum that you have little to no programming knowledge. You might want to start there.

You could try using tools like udk or 2direct, they are simple to use, powerful and then you'll just have to use a conversion site to make it android compatible and go from there. I've seen good games made in 30 minutes (flappy bird)
