I need help making a AHK script

I need it to loop a search for a image and hold ctrl then click the image.
need f3 to start the script and f4 to instant stop.

Attach itself to a proccess called "Window A"
coords to search for given image will be 0, 105 through 370, 471

Theroetically that makes 90% of posts in here against ToS
