I cannot seem to figure out how to clone a private repo that was shared with me, and start work on this repo. Any suggestions?

I have just started using bitbucket, as well as basic coding, but I can't seem to clone a private repo of a friend (with admin access) through tortoiseHg. Any help is much appreciated.
