I only know VERY basic html/css. So I want to pay to have something made. I have a few questions about potential possible features, and basic website functions.

most things are possible, assuming it's reasonable (not hacking the gov, reading minds, etc). if you've seen it on another site, then obv it's possible.

Website labor prices vary dramatically.
The first site you linked looks very simple. It is powered by Wordpress and the theme looks pretty ordinary (you might be able to grab a very similar one for free and modify it with little/no coding knowledge).
Embedded the bitcoin parts should also be very easy.
As far as a 'members only' area goes, this is also very simple. It's basically just one column in a database, and then you use php to check if they are a member/nonmember. If member you display the additional tab(s).

Yeah, i figure. I just like to understand the general price range to know I'm getting a 'fair' deal if I choose to pay for the project.

What would I need to learn to code this (generally/specifically) to get something that looks decent and functions decently (so the user doesn't think it's a pleb designed site).
