I have windows 7 and wanna change it's performance a bit (desktop)


I wanna add the top "line" like Mac users have. I heard there's program to download which allows to do this.
Is there a way some1 knows about this?^^ What is it's name, checked source without viruses or such things.

i dont know how a mac looks, but my start menu is auto-hide dock on top. just right click -> properties -> taskbar location on screen -> top
