why should the ports be opened?
is there be a program listening on a specific port?

how did you check if the ports are opened on your computer/server? did you use nmap from another coputer? or did you use iNet, the iphone app? or did you use a button on a website?

So your saying you have two routers. Router A is a combo router/modem that is not wireless, that you are connected to though a Ethernet cable. Router B is a wireless router that you are not connected to. Is this accurate?

By this I assume you mean you have forwarded the ports to your PC in question. Have you assigned your PC a static IP or used some other method to ensure the router knows what computer to forward the ports too? Did you forward both UDP and TCP to that computer?

Have you tried disabling your firewall and virus protection temporarily to see if it works?
