I'm thinking about starting a business homepage and I am going to sell mobile phone accessories.

I don't have a design. Looking for someone that can make a design that would fit, and be able to code the homepage after.

You can probably find someone to design your website in the graphics forums for some fg.

As for the web development, it's gonna cost you big...

Depends really. If he had the design already done in photoshop, wouldnt be that expensive to have someone slice it up and make the site. Just all depends if he is planning to make the shop sell online / ship etc, or just a site that lists what he has in store
