Hi guys, very new to sharepoint so go easy on me...

Basically I've been asked to produce weekly computer tips (very basic ones for the oldies). Obviously actually making these, or even copying them is a PITA and frankly waste of time so I'm looking @ setting up a RSS feed webpart to display a bunch of Windows 7/office 2007 computer tip, either a new one each dayweek or simply one that randomly selects from a large list each day/each time the page is loaded.

Requirements:
Legal, it's for the govt so no pirating.
cheap/free - not that money is an issue as such, simply getting approval to spend a cent in my job is a PITA I don't need - but I get this might not be possible
Must be office 2007/Win 7 tips
Preferably fairly basic tips for your mother/grandmother type people.


I have no FG, but more than happy to get some if a really good/complete solution is posted.

Problem being most are paid and I've NFI what an RSS feed is or how to get something like this to work. I already have a webpart setup that can receive and RSS feed (I beleive this comes default with sharepoint) but no idea how to set it up and where to get a feed of computer tips.

Set it all up, now I just need to find a half decent Office 2007 tip of the day/week RSS feed.. Anyone?
