idc if has ads and stuff, I want something like an offshore were it doesn't have many rules.

i tried unlimitedMB.com but its not user friendly @ all, taking hours to figure it out... and yet still nothing. also tried 000webhost.com but it didnt work cuz the rules they have

i used x10hosting.com in the past and never ran into issues , but i don't know if they changed anything now.
you could always try this also : http://www.php.net/manual/en/install.windows.installer.msi.php

yea had issues with that host, I'll look into the other thing
