Hi, I have an english website traduced in french and russian, and I was wondering if it was possible to assign the french home for Google.fr and the russian home for Google.ru.

Why don't you just check the country of their IP and redirect them?

Because for example on Google.ru i want the website title and description to appear in russian, how to do that ?

Uhh so you have a website and you want to display different pages to people from different countries (or change the content based on the users country/language)?
here is one way:

neither one of those is fool proof, so I would include a series of buttons that can be clicked to allow the user to select a different language, in case you guess incorrectly.
