Hi all, I'm a student and I have a business idea, a type of internet service that still isn't provided in 2013. Since I lack skills in programming, I want to partner up with a programmer. I may have found one person I want to work with. Is there a way to patent my idea so the guy doesn't steal it? Should I make him sign a contract?
