I'm not sure what was updated or changed at work over the past few days, but recently imgur stopped displaying images. I'm able to locate the direct link and they work though. I googled the problem and ended up downloading a mirror called limot, which ended up fixing the problem for individual images, but full albums on imgur still don't load. I can click on the options of the images in the albums and view the direct links though still. This is only an issue on Firefox.

I deleted my cookies, updated my java and restarted. I tried looking at the FF options for some check box, but nothing stood out as the source of the problem. I also reinstalled it once, but left the personal data, bookmarks, add-ons and such.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Would you be able to specify the bread crumb trail on how and where to do this? The tabs I've seen with exceptions options don't seem to relate to permissions regarding loading images. Also, the computer's firewall isn't blocking the imgur albums on internet explorer. Thanks for your help.

Tools -> Options -> Content

Make sure that Load images automatically is checked.

To allow Firefox through your firewall go to System and Security -> Windows Firewall -> Allowed Apps and add Firefox

Let me know if that does the trick.

The load images automatically was already checked.

I went to control panel > security center > windows firewall > exceptions and added firefox..although it says my network administrator is using Group Policy to control these settings. Albums still aren't loading.

Also, thanks, I will post there for future issues.

It appears adblocker is the culprit! Thank you very much. It's kind of odd since ads aren't displayed on the website. Although I don't see the option to disable adblocker for this specific website..normally there's a stop sign at the bottom of the browser to specify exceptions.. I'll figure it out though.

Much appreciated!

Sweet, glad you got it figured out :) There are some ads. On the home page there's one just off to the right. If you can't figure out how to add it as an exception I'd just download a different ad blocker and see how that one reacts to imgur

Change your filter lists, I use Fanboys and EasyList, most everything is blocked that needs to be.
