Making a website isn't something you learn to do, or do in one day.
There are a few different web-apps for doing online shops
But everything that you need will differ what you need help with

Be a little more specific in the forum I posted above and I'll be glad to help you there.

Subdomains are always free, but does look odd.
000Webhost is one of the free ones, but if you need forums

Definitely won't be able to learn how to make a decent website in just one day.
If you want someone else to make one, I can do that for you.
It will cost a bit though.

It looks like you will most likely need a third party to create a site for you, based on the level of interaction you want but a good place to start (as a beginner) is WordPress + WP plugins

Designing a good website takes a decent amount of time even if you already know how too.

You'll need to learn html, css, and possibly php / javascript to add functionality.

I think it would be in your best interest to pay someone to do this for you.

There are a lot of good websites about development, and w3schools is definitly NOT in that list.
