Bought a new hd currently installing win7 never had to reinstall windows or get a new hd

Am I going to have to find and download all my drivers again ? Or will windows automaticly install them ?


If No what are the mandatory drivers someone who only uses a comp to surf the web ,download,stream, & play minimal requirement games such as Cs 1.6 , d2 would need ?

sometimes you need to get stuff for bios, sometimes you need GPU drivers, etc.

so computers kind of working but my keys are weird now like before when i would dim the screen a little bar would pop up like a volume bar that doesn't pop up anymore but the dimmer works

or like if i mute the volume a little thing would pop up in the middle of my screen with a line through it that doesn't pop up anymore

my screen also seems to like to play games with me with the re sizing is there anyway to turn that off from the keyboard and only have a mouse able to resize internet windows?
everything else seems to be in working order.


i'm going to use this thread for myself and for help just so i have a list of problems so i can continue to google throughout the day when im not busy

When Downloading a file after completion it doesn't automatically pop up anymore i have to click it.

Need to look into why with this newer faster hd it takes double the time to download and stream.

Downloading and streaming is based on your internet speed.

Wrong forum... But it sounds like you bought this computer retail, so go to the vendors site and download the drivers from their page...
