Just curious if anyone here is planning on jumping ship to Windows 8 and making an app for the Windows Store?

I bought windows 8 for cheap so I figured I would give it a shot.
Currently working on an app for Diablo 3 that uses the API to provide info on EHP/DPS and the ability to compare items.

apple and android stores have thousands of apps. steal one of their ideas

What have you made so far?

they were simple apps, all of them is about advertising a company
unfortunatelly only one of them is in the store, its about a selling wines, includes a cart too
other one was about parsing a blog on the web and showing the posts
the last one is for a football team, showing result,(using the same feed as they use on the website) info about the team/players

Nice, hopefully I can get my app out soon... It's taking longer than I had hoped for. I've noticed there are quite a few libraries missing for c# that makes my life difficult.

Windows 8 is the fastest most brilliant and stable stream lined OS in the Windows family!

so in other words, it is a turd with polish?

MFC ASM x86/C/C++ not much has changed.
