so i recently got a new wireless router

its not the best but should do just fine for the 1 computer / 1 wii on the router atm

my problem is it runs internet fine but doesn't allow playing of d2

runs up to 300 mbps or w/e

is there any possible way to make this compatible with d2 like i run d2 fine fps wise but it runs at 750~800 ping

any help would be much appreciated
or a finger in the right direction as to where to post this for help lol

try running a physical cable temporarily and see if you get the same problem.... If you still have the same problem, its a networking problem with the router, if you don't have the same problem, its a wireless issue. Need to narrow it down.

ok so you got terrible latency on wireless, and when using a cable. Try temporarily direct connecting to your internet source with a cable (removing the router from the system). How is your ping with that set up?

Were you able to run D2 before? Have you checked your router's default settings to see if it is blocking/restricting access for specific ports?
