Hey guys just a quick question, whats the safest way to hide the sites you viewed from a colleges wifi. My friend told me that proxys are still pretty easy to trace and that they'll leave receipts.

Get a linux and use Tor + Sumrando, it will make it hard to locate you, but not impossible.

why would you need Tor + VPN? What would Tor add?

yeah as AbDuCt hinted at, you need to buy this service. There are free VPN's but they suck balls. If you want one that is stable, secure, and has enough bandwidth you can actually do things; you will have to pay for it. They range from about $3 to $10 a month. Often times a VPN account will allow 2 or 3 clients for that price, so maybe you could share the cost and service with someone you trust.
