If it's your first website good job! Everyone has to start some where. One thing to keep in mind is your width. Now days 85% of screen resolutions are over 1024x768. Your current width is 900px so you're lossing out on a lot of real estate.
Your styling is a bit weak so if I were you I'd work on that. What I mean by that is that you are using a lot of inline css and repeating the same thing over and over. Try using classes and ids to make your styling more efficient. Also you're using positioning and it's clear you don't really understand how to use them. Don't worry though, CSS took me the longest to learn out of all the web languages.
I'll rate the site a 2/10 just because let's be honest it is. That being said I have seen sites made by professionals that are worse so good job!
