My cousin have asked me to help her find a Adobe photoshop for her.

But i am rather lost here

Which version is the best to get, for Web page designing?

if she's the one designing web pages, then you should have her pick one with the correct features. i don't understand how you would know it if you dont use photoshop yourself.
