Hi, I'm looking for a program to be made.

~ It is mechanically simple and shouldn't take too long to create.

~ I am looking for this to be created as soon as possible.

~ Paying upwards to 750-1500FG or if it's not the price you're looking for, PM me..

This is what it should (sort of) look like.

~ The big black square should be a picture. (Above the white rectangles) (The pictures slot should have a upload functionality and it should have a separate upload pool)

~ The first white rectangle should have a quote that can be uploaded by the user at any time with as many quotes as they'd like. (First rectangle slot should have it's own "quotes" upload pool)

~ The second and third rectangle should also have quotes that can be uploaded by the user at any time with as many quotes as they'd like. (Second and third rectangle should have the a combined "quotes" upload pool as each other)

~ Clicking the space bar should shuffle and randomize any uploaded items.

~ This is meant to be an offline program, so it's not meant to be able to upload to the internet.

The ideal functionality :

~ There should be three separate upload pools - The picture slot, the first rectangle, and the second and third rectangle. (The second and third rectangle should have a combined upload pool)

~ The "upload" functionality should be located under the "files" tab at the top right like other programs.

~ Under the "files" tab, there should be these functions : "Shuffle", "Upload Picture", "Upload Pool #1", "Upload Pool #2", "Exit".

~ The user will upload as many pictures to the picture upload pool as they desire.

~ The user will type in (as in upload) as many quotes as they'd like for the first rectangle upload pool.

~ The user will type in (as in upload) as many quotes as they'd like for the second and third rectangle upload pool. (Second and third rectangle should have a shared upload pool)

~ Clicking "space bar" will shuffle to a different picture, shuffle a different quote for First Rectangle Slot #1, and shuffle a different quote for the Second & Third Rectangle Slots.

~ Like default photo gallery programs, the dimensions of the program should be as large as the picture can be in size.

~ After the program is complete, the program should be called "Four Minutes".

~ The program's size and running size should be small and shouldn't run on 200K or something ridiculous like that.

This will not be a free-for-all competition like in the Signature & Avatar Forum. Those who post that are willing to take this job will be considered as the person who completes it, and therefore the job will not be available to anybody else unless the previous job taker backs down from completing the program or doesn't complete it.

An iPod has a shuffle function. It shuffles and randomizes songs that the user uploads to the iPod. In order for the iPod to have more variation or to shuffle at all, the user must upload music onto the iPod.
What I want this program to be similar to is this ; I want to be able to shuffle 3 kinds of variations all at once - a song, a picture, and a video. Every time I click shuffle, it changes to a different song, picture, and video simultaneously. In order for this to happen, I have to upload songs, pictures, and videos onto the iPod before the shuffle function can work. Songs, pictures, and videos have their own category because they're not all the same type of files. Therefore, I have to upload 3 different types of files in order for the shuffle function to work properly.

This is pretty much what I want the program to be like, but obviously I'm using the iPod theory to help explain the program that I'm looking for

From a previous PM, it's said that it would take 60-90 mins to make. Though it varies from person to person, I'm not expecting this to take very long to make.
