I'm learning some rudimentary Javascript on CodeAcademy, and I love it (I'm a math major by trade, and find it nicely intuitive). Where should I go next, when I've exhausted this free resource?

You need practice from here. Learn some html + css. then start making some web sites using javascript.

Carterblanche's suggestion is a good option, and if you want to improve it further, you could learn a server side code like C#, Java or PHP.
