Get a 2500k CPU and overclock it if you need, but you probably won't.
I don't think you need 8 GB of RAM either. Four is enough unless you plan to do some rendering.
You should pick a better power supply with the money you save on the other components I told you.
If you have an old PC you don't use you could take the DVD reader out.
