I think as carter and others have echoed, the best way to dump out your creativity w/ minimum learning is to use pre-existing software like RPG maker etc.
If you think it is better than that or whatever then maybe consider a degree in CS or hire people to make it for you if you are confident enough

else there is really no noob friendly way to learn from step 1 all the way until doing something like making a game (which range hugely in complexity I imagine) via hard coding.
