I want to start learning how to program games and such. etc. i'm looking for some completely basic noob friendly tutorials or something so I can learn this ^.^

I think as carter and others have echoed, the best way to dump out your creativity w/ minimum learning is to use pre-existing software like RPG maker etc.

If you think it is better than that or whatever then maybe consider a degree in CS or hire people to make it for you if you are confident enough :P

else there is really no noob friendly way to learn from step 1 all the way until doing something like making a game (which range hugely in complexity I imagine) via hard coding.

use python. i believe they have a game module called pygame with many tutorials. could use sprites and such and make a mini 2d mmorpg like realm of the mad god or something.

i worked on one with a friend in vb6 off a old 2d game sprite engine and it was fun
