Hi, I got an task from school to make a site and show "my life".

However I'm in need of a bit of help to start with, i'll go to that in detail in a few mins.
First let me say what I'm using, HTML using php designer and CSS for the lay out. I'm just a beginner at it so Don't shout at me for making stupid errors


Here is how I have it imagined (i know my paint skills aren't the best)




Now I'm having trouble with:

Making the ID card, the border etc
The picture, how to move it around since it needs to be on the down left side of the site.

and I'll gladly take any lay out tips!
