Friend has an idea and wants to know if I can implement it.
I savvy with computers and coding but never looked into phone apps before.

Just some good solid info on where to start would be appreciated.

1. learn java
2. after you know java, learn the android framework -> http://developer.android.com/training/basics/firstapp/index.html
