can be done in C# in 10-20 minutes

edit: how would you want to add more images. would you like to be able to add them through the application itself or just drop images into a folder and copy quotes to a text document?

I'd prefer the application route lol.

Once you've developed similar programs, you already know how you'll handle a specific problem.

i assume you dont care what language it is then seeing how C#.net compiles to an executable binary file.

when is this due? i might do it this weekend.
