Im looking to create a program but I dont know how to do it, it needs to be able to display a picture, a quote underneath, and a rotation button at the bottom. Would anyone be able to create this for meÉ paying fg.

more details would be nice.

is this for a website? if so, flash/js/other? is this for android/iphone/c/c++/java?

does the "rotate" button rotate the picture/quote by x degrees? if so, to the x, y, or z plane? or does it switch to another picture/quote? if the latter, how are you providing the pics / quotes?

Sorry I was in a rush to type the first post. The picture will be centered, the quote will be underneath the picture, and the rotate button will be underneath the quote. The functionality of the rotate button is to change the current picture and quote to a different picture and quote. I want the program to be able to add or delete pictures and quotes onto the program ahead of time. Its supposed to be a independent program and not part of a website.

sounds like Javascript will does this job ;P
