I need a simple layout made/edited for http://underground-chicago.com -- demo/demo is username/password.

There are 1-2 CSS files you need to edit and that's it. The main part is designing it. Simple task who's up for it? All I need is layout designed/changed.

come on guys :( It's simple css, I'm not asking you to do anything more than design the template. The game is made...just want to swap out the CSS and make it look different.

If you are able to please let me know, I will over pay you in FG.

1-2 CSS files is a HUGE variable when one file is 4000 lines. It could very well take 5 hours when including photoshop designing which is already stumbling far beyond 5000fg.
Perhaps you can come with a bit more description about the job. How many pages does it involve?
Considering you also need it designed, maybe you should split the job, and make sure you are satifised with a design before asking for someone to code it.

I can visually design (I'm skilled enough in photoshop to make an image of what I want it to look like)

From there I think is where the splicing and CSS would be created.

So is that what I should do? Design a PSD of how I WANT the site to look.

Also should I leave the content areas blank, so they can be filled in with the actual content...my nav bar and menu on the left side of the page..do I have to include that on my design? Or does it not matter.

I'm under the impression I make it how I would want it to look on a browser, than you can cut and code the necessary parts. I just need somebody to explain to me this.

Start by photoshopping what you want it to look like, yes.

include text with the formatting you want (font, alignment, size, colour, etc)

people have to know what it is before anyone can accept the job.
