I have an HP laptop that works fine, except that when you unplug the charger, you have to wait until the battery goes dead before it will start charging again. Anyone have any idea why?


(when i unplug the charger and plug it back in, the charging light doesnt turn on. once the computer goes dead, the charging light comes on and the computer turns back on)
