I'm working in a coding language against jsp rules(autoit), I have no where else to turn otherwise I wouldn't ask (Literally been searching how to do this and testing for 2 days now)

I'm trying to GetPixelColor from a hidden window and it doesn't work unless the window is on top and visible, but I've heard you can make a dll in C++ to do this but if anyone could give me an example of getting a pixel color from a background window (0x400000 is the hex color of one of the colors I look for, it's a dark red from the wing of the Charizard in the press start screen of Firered)

Was hoping someone could help me out here in doing this, I'm a beginner coder and decided to start learning to code by botting Pokemon because it's extremely fun and fun to watch it do everything that I made it do
