I currently Have outlook with add-on Business Management Software. I have it sync to Google calendar, what I want to do is be able to create a customer with an appointment. I have added the current forms to when you add a customer is app date start (date) end date (date). When I save it I need it to automatically create an appointment for the dates applied. However i need it to have the customer's information in the body for example which i would love to have is the address of the customer. So this can be seen through a mobile device. Anybody know if this is possible or an alternative software that does this?
