I visited that website, it doesn't seem to be very complex, but you'll need a lot of data from all those types of doctor, should really be a pain in the ass job. I think it will be hard to find someone to do it, you might want to check some freelancer websites, you'll have more chances for finding people there.
My point is, there's probably people here at d2jsp who can do it, but are busy with other projects and only visit the forum to have fun, chat a bit, and help others with programming problems. I could do a project like that, but I'm already working for a company in a project, studying at college after night, and doing a freelancer project after college :|
