hi @!

what are the actual programs to make a website for a newb? (best ones)

i'm actualy using dreamweaver cs5.5

Notepad++ isn't necessary. You can use something like PSPad. Just anything that has highlighting imo.

To make good, clean markup for websites, you'll have to do it by hand.
