In fgs, to make a full website like 3 pages with contact form, if i give you the psd ?

Depends on the size of the website. Also depends on if you have additional functionality (like hardcoded HTML/CSS, javascript/php functions, into a CMS?) to be implemented.
Generally, this kind of project is great to use per-hour/salary, by that I don't mean the conventional way, but how many hours will it take? For what price?
What I mean is, some hours there and some hours here can change the price alot, so that's why it's important to have all the details before giving a price.

You're asking for a price check, and were told which information you need to provide in order to get a proper one. He even did it politely. Your project could be anything from a 30 minute breeze to weeks of fitting and testing, depending on exactly this information, and the price would of course change accordingly.

Yes, and we are supposed to know that you were talking with him by PM's. And also if you want a second opinion, this information is still needed. You know that the people outside of your conversation in PM cannot read it, dont you?

Can't you understand that if don't give any information, or if i don't know the number of pages exactly, it is maybe because i don't have these informations, because there is no project yet, and i'm just asking how much approximately it will cost ? If you can't understand that, read the title+topic again please.

Why didn't you just say so? Also, there will have to be some kind of context for this potential project of yours, which is pretty much covered by Eaglesight's post, and as I already told you, the price and time range could be anything from 10 minutes and practically free, to weeks and tens of thousands of the worthless currency that is fg.

If you don't understand that you're wasting everyone's time by replying to them by pm, maybe it's time you reread what people already wrote in this topic.

I know, but as i said firstly, i'm not speaking about something which will take weeks and tens of thousands of the worthless currency that is fg, i'm speaking about something really simple, 2-3 pages only HTML and CSS, and the only "complicate" thing will be a contact form or one or two small jQuery plugin.
