English, do you speak it? Something is no longer free when you have to do something to recieve what is "free".

rot 13 and atom-128 are easy, but then you need to undo the rc4.

looking at WEP:
- WEP is cracked in 1min with a high chance
- WEP decrypting needs a big data amount of the streamcipher
since we don't got that much data, the only possibility is brute force for undoing the rc4.
but the complexity for bruteforcing this is much higher than bruteforcing it in the other direction (forward).

for 400fg you won't find anyone, who writes a tool which tests all pw's and compares the output...

edit: forward-bruteforcing is easier, because I assume that you have an easy pw. if not, it's just another reason for knowing that's impossible
