Why do you want to learn c++ specifically? If you're a complete beginnger, you'd be better off starting with something else in my opinion.

If you can't even google for a tutorial site or something of the nature what are the chances of you googling your own problems within the code you write (or copy/past)? Or are you expecting to post a topic for the majority of issues you have?

Don't start in C++, do python or Java first. Python is simple, Java is more advanced, then C++ is a bitch

i took ap comp sic and i learned java already, i want to learn c++ during the summer so i am ready for my class in college, which is c++

Usually the top few hits on google are the top hits for a reason... if you google c++ tutorial you will prolly get cplusplis.com lol

If your class starts in a few months, and you know all about inheritance & polymorphy, design patterns, class design and all things good from your Java course, I'd just wait for the course itself, as it as an introduction course will be about what integers are and how to build a recursive function.
