is there any good point systems for mybb that's integrated with paypal to buy credit ?

The "Buy Credit" mod seems to be the best choice for you. This mod can have integration with: NewPoints, MyPS, or Image Points. I with you the best of luck integrating the modification to your MyBB forums. If you need any assistance with doing so just let me know, I know a tad about MyBB modifications (adding them, not creating them). :)
