I have had a scuf envision pro, and i thought it was the controller software that wasn't playing nicely but i bought a cheap 8bitdo ultimate usb controller to play diablo with and it does not recognize the inputs but when i open steam and test the controller it recognizes everything perfectly. and the xbox button and stuff brings up the quick dialog at the top of the screen. ive tried enabling and disabling the controller through steam and that is to no avail. Im stumped and just want to dungeon crawl without mouse and keyboard for a bit.
any thoughts and input would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!

call of duty black ops 7 and diablo 4 are the only games ive tried it on. after work ill see if fortnite and arc raiders recognize the controller inputs.
