Hi, does anyone know a good place where i can find a good data scientist with dev skills too, i've been trying to find someone on reddit but i don't wanna rush it, i want someone really skilled.

You just have to post a job ad with what you are looking for. If the compensation you are offering is fair then you shouldn't have an issue finding someone.
