Any suggestions on which GUI framework i should use as a beginner? or are they basically the same?

will use this for personal purposes, i been trying to code a little program to help me study vocabulary, now i want to add some GUI :)

Thanks mate. I already downloaded QT and im trying to figure stuff out from there.
