Yeah for all the trouble of figuring out that SQL injection it seems pretty wasteful cause parameters counter it

SQL injection.... thats so..... 2005

see your situation and article, is all circumstantial and probably will never happen in a secure system or any secure environment

I dont do things circumstantially, I am very practical and a realist.

I'll have you know I have learned many things from google, apart from programming

I also, rebuilt my 305 small block, learned to rebuilt a T400 transmission, learned how to re-wire a car, learned how to properly from the ground up build a motor, I can drive a bobcat with high precision, I can build custom bathrooms, I can add a room on a house, I can paint a house with texture, I can do stucco, I can build a driveway, I can also build tables( a lot harder than you would think ), I also am very knowledgeable in chemistry, I can single out a chemical compound, I can extract chemicals with no solvents, I can extract chemicals with solvents, I can extract chemicals with c02, I am a master chef, I can roll sushi, I am a decent accountant, I am a real estate agent, I am a public notary, I am a certified BMW mechanic, I know CPR, I am an abstract agent, I am fluent with tax certifications, I know a lot of psychology, I can texture drywall, I can fix my A/C anytime ( great for florida ), I can blow glass, I can cold work glass, I can flame work glass, and I can weld

thats just off the top of my head, all thanks to Google, the key to all.

lets be honest, if its not on Google, theres a 99% chance it doesnt even exist

That wasn't the point. I'm saddened you missed it. The point wasGoogle won't carry you through everything and when it doesn't you will fall flat on your face as documented above.
ROM is the only one here who gets it.

Edit:: full disclosure I never went to school.

So you didnt go to school, how did you learn everything?

Google? Books ( ancient and mostly incorrect outdated google )? Took a class(school)?

That was it, my entire point the entire time. The rest was just an example of something that's easy to solve but harder to Google.

its only hard to google cause you worded it like an idiot and went too in depth

had you said, 'how do you not get sql injected', i would have said 'oh use parameters m8 duh'

99% of programmers will never need or use the information you used

any real question, not worded retarded or in a trick form, can be answered on google within minutes

SQL injection is still the leading cause (besides LFI, RFI, other services, etc) of compromises of web facing servers even today. That is besides the fact though.

Peers that are thousands of times smarter than you or I.

You missed the entire point like 99% of the rest of the people in this thread. SQL was not the question, it was the background I chosen to relate the question to. If I tried to explain the question at a lower level everyone would of had less of a chance to answer it.

So you assume all questions will be layed out in a google format that you can copy paste? Let's try something you would find on a school test, or say, your boss would ask you. Here is a simpler question.

Code
jmp .+3
movl $0xc38901b0, %eax
int $0x80

What is the returned value from this snippet of codeand why does it return this value. The answer will be hard to find on google (if it is even there) and easy to solve if you actually knew anything. Hint: This would likely trip up assembly devs so don't feel bad. They can't google either.

My entire point is if you rely on google for everything one day it will bite you in the ass and you will fail at what ever you were wanting to do.

But google leads you to other forums, where I could easily ask for an explanation on how to solve that

Vbforums for example, you can learn anything from vb to mvc to java on there

So the answer is not really provided by google nor is it readily available within 2 minutes.

Why is everyone on this forum so stupid.
