Thanks for the effort some of you put in.
I purchased logmein pro. Found a deal for 10 computers at $250/year.

logmein is nice, but their interface is not as nice as gotomypc... if you are looking for controlling all the computers at the same time, there is a program for that, it is called hotbox or itbox or something liek that... and it will let you send the same commands to multiple computers

What I suggest is to have on premise remote support appliance installed. It is cost effective as compared to hosted services and its only one time payment. You may have a look at http://www.rhubcom.com

Why not just run it on a VM on the local machine (if he's botting)?
