And who the hell would want windows 8 based tablet over an Android (Linux) Tablet or Ipad.
i like how you didnt put linux in brackets for ipads. mac osx and all their ios shit is just a linux backend which theyve modified lol.

The fact that you clame you have not had to pay for your Windows OS shows how ignorant you truly are
how so? just because i know how to pirate legit versions of the operating system doesnt really mean anything.

I can only assume that you buy prebuilt corporate garbage so any argument you make is void from the start as you do not even know what a real PC is. If you did you would know you must purchase a full OEM release of windows with a starting price of $100 when you build a new system. and that does not include ANY OTHER SOFTWARE. Just windows. It is overpriced all to hell and not worth a dime of it.
why would you need to buy a OEM license when you build a new system. i've build many rigs in the past and for each one i downloaded a legit copy of windows (verrified via md5 crc and sha1 sums from windows technet blog) and applied a bootloader patch which loads a OEM key into memory prior to windows launch. if you need to, go google DAZ loader if you are unfamiliar with the concept.

The ONLY versions of Linux that cost anything are....... oh wait.... NONE OF THEM COST ANYTHING.
NEVER has ANY Linux distrobution EVER cost ANY money.
osx lion costs 20$ and its based off linux. sure its a far cry from 60-120$ microsoft charges but they are still charging for linux lol.

There is atleast 20 different Distors of Linux that can go toe to toe with windows 7 and ALL OF THEM shit all over windows 8 when it comes to being user friendly, stable, and all around usefulness.
well any distro of linux can go toe to toe with their competitors if they come pre packaged with a UI such as kde or gnome, but lets face it compiling your kernel from source is way more fun but i only think a select few here actually know how. i personally like to compile a hardened gentoo kernel on some of my home servers and strip the unneeded drivers.
overall i dont see why you are so butt hurt over our opinions on a power user stance. i really doubt you do anything productive on your os and if you did you would know how simple and intuitive the command line is.
also before you go running your mouth on me about how i dont know linux and i just "google it since my generation seems so fond of it", you can stick my next null pointer 0day that i found up your rear end lol

dont forget that ASLR bypass on 64bit linux that i also found, oh wait i really doubt you know what ASLR is or rather anything that comes to exploitation of a local OS.
