splashtop is via Mobile devices not PC to PC.
What forum would I be looking for old wise 2004.

Splashtop also has a PC to PC client and has had one for some time now. I use it every day.

As for what forum, there is a computer hardware/software forum. This has nothing to do with programming.

It seems they removed that product from the market. Could you point me towards it? I Have searched main site and see a few things about it and the only download link leads me to 404.
Googled it and nothing.

I use GoToMyPC and it allows playing D3 over it, but it is not "smooth"... it is nearly impossible to get what you achieve, if you have access to the internet why not just play D3 on the current machine?

It looks like he wants to control multiple machines (and thus multiple accounts) at the same time. For free.
