Do you guys find yourselves bouncing from job to job frequently?

This. I'm also curious about this.

i really should, but i'm too unsocial :/ you typically make more money when you change jobs more often.

I've heard this as well. I'm in a rotational program at the moment, so I rotate to a new role soon.

Honestly it seems hard to climb the corporate ladder at most companies now a days. There is ALOT of upper level talent coming from other companies from what I've seen, and I've heard this is the best approach at least early in your career.

What kind of positions do they have you rotating from and into?

I interviewed a guy the other day who had been at a job at a local engineering firm for a little over a month and was already looking to move on. Some people go a bit too crazy...

that also really depends. 1 of my previous co-worker left the company after he worked there for about 2 years and decided to find a new 1 for a change. However, the new gig was awful and he had to leave after about 1 month as well. Sometimes you just find the project environment not to your liking.

Things do happen, but it is still not good practice or look good on your resume if you do jump once every 6 month or so

Sorry, just seen your reply. I live in Ogden but I work in Lehi, so not too far from SLC.
