I took Computer Arch last semester, a lot of the material covered revolved around the processor and how it handles data between itself and memory and by the end we started programming applications with sockets.

thats a hell of allot to cover. you must of not of gotten very in depth in any specific subject.

Sort of, the majority of the course was just processor related material. We covered things like logic gates and assembly in a prereq course
